Maintaining friendship is just like investing time with our family. Breaks are essential for all of us. It is surprising that many wars could have been avoided if people did not have such inflated egos.
Take friendship to your heart. If your bosom friend is avoiding you then ask him what the real reason is. Accept your friend’s views and apprehensions. Hurtful feelings only deepen with time and hence be the first one to go across and offer the hand of friendship. Remember important days and be happy for your friend who is doing well in her career. Compliment her or him on the many merits they have achieved in the personal level.
The care and assurance received from a friend is much more important than the material benefits we all receive. Distance is just about geography but maintaining relations is easy and comes with unconditional love.
